Hi, I'm Mike, President and owner of Pride Master, Inc.. Pride Master officially began operations in October of 1988. It was a one man operation, servicing store fronts and small office buildings until I was able to hire my first full time employee in the Spring of 1990. At that time I began marketing my company to slightly larger facilities and by 1993 I had two full time employees and was able to begin concentrating more on marketing and growth. In 1996, having grown to four full time employees, I decided it was time to incorporate. Today, we are nine full time employees and one part time employee during our busier times and maintain a crew of six through the Winter. We are providing service for some of the most prominent Hospitals and Corporations in and around the Dayton, Ohio area. Our capabilities are immense, our reputation is unparalleled and our customer retention is outstanding. I credit the success of Pride Master to a long list of fantastically loyal customers, the unbeatable leadership qualities of my Foreman and my own relentless pursuit to be the best. While not yet the largest window cleaning company in our area; after only thirteen years we are destined to be the industry leader in the Dayton and surrounding area.
